MaryJo Rosania-Harvie is a professor of art and art education at Moravian University. She has been an art educator and artist for over 20 years and is certified in K-12 Art Education and Education Administration in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

She has a Doctorate in Transformational Teaching and Learning from Kutztown University and a Master’s in Fine Arts from the Vermont College of Fine Arts.

MaryJo has supervised arts departments, developed curriculum, and has been an Assistant Principal and Principal. She has worked with and supported many talented and dedicated teachers and students throughout her career and believes that arts education is the key to building healthier communities, collaborative critical thinkers, and healers who problem-solve and help others to do the same.

Her artwork is interdisciplinary and rooted in systems and connection. MaryJo is committed to building the capacity of individuals to build their creative voice.

MaryJo lives in Bethlehem, PA, with her family and cats.
